The Billion Coin (TBC) Bulolo Manager Jessica Wape had to spare some minute of her time from her busy schedule to drop by to meet me today in Bulolo town.
I am humble for her passion to bring changes to her community, targeting the crime hot-spot zone around the Bulolo township. According to Ms Wape, TBC was now are big force to bring together people from a thousand tribes around Bulolo township to come together. "TBC mission is growing and expending daily here in Bulolo District and across Papua New Guinea as we speak," says Ms Wape.
In communities such as Bulolo, its very rear to see women or girls having leadership roles to bring changes into our community in a culture dominated by men. And such level of energy and commitment young women leaders like Ms Wape's efforts cannot go unnoticed.
They have attracted attention from the Bulolo regional Coca Cola Amatil as well as Digicel regional General Manager and the impact and changes are socioeconomically noticeable.
During the eve of Independence Celebration, Ms Wape, together with her team carry a voluntary clean up around part of Bulolo town.
"I believe real Independence is when individual person start changing his or her mindset," Ms Wape said. Instead of celebration, her community decided to put up the clean up.
Investing into cryptocurrency is a new concept of investment opportunities that is knocking on our door step to date and the TBC Bulolo team are looking at attracting many more people who haven't yet join in. Cryptocurrency can be our new future.
